DayCare at APSCON 2025: we have organized a childcare service during the conference APSCON 2025 (IIT Hyderabad, India, 20-22 January 2025).
The service will be implemented by the DayCare of the Institute, which is close to the conference venue and is available to host the children of the attendees (up to 15 children).
Name: Little Munchkins Daycare
Location: Faculty Tower-2, Ground Floor, IIT Hyderabad
Age Requirements: The daycare can accommodate children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years.
Responsibility Form: Parents are required to fill out a responsibility form, which will be provided as a Google Form on the day the child starts at the daycare. The form includes a section to specify any allergies, particularly to certain foods.
Special Needs: There are no specific vaccination requirements.
Food: Parents are responsible for providing their child’s food, as the daycare does not supply meals. It is recommended that parents pack food their child is comfortable eating and inform the daycare teacher about any allergies or special dietary needs.
Costs: 100 RS/day per child.
