Students Research Forum

We invite graphical abstract of (a) advanced stage or completed PhD work, (b) completed thesis/project at MTech/MS/BTech levels not older than 1 March 2023 which are under the scope of sensors applications, primarily of one of the tracks listed on (https://2025.ieee-apscon.org/). Accepted abstracts will be presented in the conference to get valuable inputs from the experts.

Benefits

Presenters of the selected abstracts will get a chance to interact with the accomplished industry professionals, reputed academicians and founders of startups. This will give these aspiring students a platform to network, valuable suggestions to improve their work besides exploring post-doctoral opportunities and/or job offers. Participation in the conference for presenting your thesis work may give you employment opportunity (in the participating companies/industries) and post-doctoral fellow position with the renowned faculty of various reputed universities attending this conference.

Award

“Best Presenter Award(s)” will be given away during the Gala Dinner on 21st Jan 2025.

How to Prepare Abstract

Abstract should describe the entire work. It must not exceed 250 words. It has to be a graphical abstract. (For the sample of a graphical abstract, do visit: this link).

Registration and Travel Support

Each accepted abstract must be registered for presentation. Students of accepted abstracts must register under the “non-author student” category (https://2025.ieee-apscon.org/registration) which is a subsidized fee. This will allow you to attend all sessions of the full conference and the Gala Dinner. Partial travel support may be announced at a later stage after registration.
